Ambient might appear to many people as dull music which is based on a single sound that changes a bit over a 10-minute track. However there are many artists who discovered that ambient is a very flexible genre, a platform for endless experiments. These ten songs are not only among my favorites, but are also made by fascinating experimental composers whose music often reaches far beyond the borders of the genre.
